Bar service minimums and fees

Minimums:

  • Indiana Memorial Union – $200
  • Other IU locations – $300
  • Bloomington locations – $300

Fees:

  • Bartender labor $40 per hour per bartender
  • IMU bar setup $100 per bar
  • Off-site bar setup (including campus locations outside the IMU) $200 per bar
